Join us for Bingocize!
Bingocize combines the excitement of bingo with the benefits of exercise! Led by trained instructors, this program will keep your moving, laughing, and feeling your best! Sessions run twice a week, giving plenty of opportunities to join in the fun! Bingocize is suitable for older adults of all ages and fitness levels.
