
Corinne Quinn, MSPH, MCHES
President
Dr. Corinne L. Quinn, DC (License Pending), MSPH, MCHES was born and raised in Vallejo, CA. Corinne received her BA in Pan-African Studies/Pre Medical Studies from Barnard College in New York, NY in 1998, her MS in Public Health from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA in 2005 and her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA in 2023.

Katherine Hawksworth
Secretary
Katherine Hawksworth is a Program Manager with the Center for Wellness and Nutrition, a program of the Public Health Institute. Ms. Hawksworth provides training and technical assistance to schools, health departments, and community members to create healthier environments via policies and best practices. Ms. Hawksworth has experience in curriculum development, training design and facilitation, and works to address school and community nutrition, physical activity, and other wellness topics through an equity and social justice lens.
Ms. Hawksworth has a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and a Minor in Health Education and a Master in Public Health from San Francisco State University.

Dinora Corrie
Board Member
Dinora has spent 20 years of her career focused on serving families and communities in the Solano County. Currently she is a Senior Manager-Population Health at Aliados Health where she os leading severe large grants focused on training and supporting Community Health Workers and Promotoras in Solano County.
She has recently expanded her efforts to Sonoma County and continues to utilize her platform to address Social Determinants of Health to our underserved communities.

Wanda Siu-Chan, MS, RD
Board Member
Wanda has been the Dietetic Internship Director at San Francisco State since 2007. She feels fortunate to have a job where she works with amazing students, interns, and preceptors from all over the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Wanda came to know about IHS through sending interns to work with Norma Lisenko, IHS' Founder on Public Health and Community Nutrition Programs.
Wanda has worked in many areas of dietetics including clinical, diabetes management, homecare, and program development. Additionally, she has held leadership positions with the dietetics' organization at the local, state, and national level. Wanda is honored to join the Board at IHS.

Elaine Clark
Elaine is a seasoned philanthropic executive with a strong record of building and transforming community-focused organizations. As Executive Director of the Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging (2019–2025), she established core systems, launched an Aging and Disability Resource Center, led the Solano Master Plan for Aging and Disability, strengthened provider accountability, and expanded services for at-risk seniors through new partnerships and funding. Previously, as CEO of Meals on Wheels Diablo Region (2012–2018), she more than doubled the budget, expanded services and clientele, built regional coalitions, secured major healthcare and government contracts, grew volunteer engagement, and led a successful organizational rebrand.
