Our Organization

Innovative Health Solutions (IHS) has a long standing commitment to serving historically marginalized communities. This is reflected in the diversity of our leadership, board of directors and frontline staff. More than 90% of IHS's leadership, board and staff come from communities that have been marginalized, bringing lived experience that directly informs the organization's programs and policies.

The organizations workforce is 70% Hispanic/Latino, with the majority fluent in Spanish, ensuring culturally and linguistically responsive services. Additionally, 25% of IHS leadership is African American and another 25% is Asian, further contributing to a leadership team that reflects racial and cultural diversity of the community we serve.
